What is refurbished hardware?=>

Refurbished means that used devices have been professionally reconditioned, cleaned, and tested for functionality. You receive a fully functional device at a significantly lower price than new.; 

Where do your devices come from?=>

Our hardware comes from professional business environments — from large corporations, lease returns, and public authorities. All devices are checked and reconditioned by us before sale.; 

Do the devices come with original software?=>

The devices are supplied without a pre-installed operating system, unless otherwise specified. A licensed Windows can be added if desired. :::

How does the ordering process work?=>

You add your desired product to the shopping cart, choose your payment method, and complete the order. After confirmation, your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.;

Can I cancel my order?=>

How long is the warranty valid?=>

By default, a 12-month retailer warranty applies from the date of purchase. Depending on the product, you can extend the warranty directly on the product page to 24 or 36 months. Technical defects that occur without the buyer's intervention are covered.

What do I do in case of a warranty claim?=>

 Prices & Payment=>

 All prices include the statutory value added tax. The available payment methods are shown in the checkout area. For payment on account, the amount is due within 14 days of the invoice date.;
